Contact support & request a feature
Two ways to reach us, both on the same page — and our team reads every message. There is also a help assistant on the Help Center page that can often answer straight away.
Ask the help assistant first
At the top of the Help Center there is a box where you can ask a question in your own words. It answers from these same help articles and shows you which ones it used, so you can read the full article if you want more detail.
Two things worth knowing about it:
- It cannot see your account and it cannot change anything. It answers questions, it does not do things. So it can tell you how billing works, but not why a particular invoice says what it says, and it cannot connect a mailbox for you.
- If the help articles do not answer your question, it says so rather than guessing. When that happens it offers to pass your question to our team, and your question is carried into the Get help form below so you do not have to type it again. Nothing is sent until you have read it and pressed Send message.
If you would rather go straight to a person, that is always fine. Use Get help below.
Get help
Stuck on something, or InboxAgent isn’t behaving the way you expect? Use Get help:
- Open your avatar menu → Help & support → Contact support (or the buttons at the bottom of any Help Center page).
- Make sure the Get help toggle is selected.
- Describe what you need (up to 4,000 characters) and click Send message.
Your message is emailed straight to our support team, along with your name, your workspace, and which screen you were on when you opened the form — so you don’t need to explain where you were.
Request a feature
Have an idea that would make InboxAgent work better for you? Click Request a feature at the bottom of the sidebar (it’s always there). Every suggestion goes to our team and helps shape what we build next.
Tips for a fast answer
- One topic per message beats a long list — we can route it to the right person immediately.
- For “what happened to this email?” questions, the exact sender and subject let us find it in seconds. You can often self-serve these in System logs too.
- If something failed, say roughly when it happened.
