Usage

Usage (Advanced drawer, admins only) is your monthly volume view — where the Dashboard shows all-time totals, Usage breaks the work down by month.

What you’ll see

This month’s cards: Emails Processed, Classifications, Auto-Reply Skips, Leads Created, and Tickets Created.

The 6-month chart: email volume at a glance — your trend line.

The monthly breakdown table: per month — Processed, Classified, Auto-Reply, Leads, Tickets, Manual Review, and Corrections.

Reading it like an operator

• Processed vs Classified — the gap is the deterministic filters doing free work (bulk mail, auto-replies, internal mail skipped without AI).
• Manual Review column trending down while volume holds? Your rules and learning are compounding — that’s the goal state.
• Corrections trending down means classifications are landing right first time.
• A sudden volume spike is worth a glance at Inbox activity — a newsletter storm or a new mail flow you didn’t expect.
