Finding your way around
InboxAgent keeps the everyday screens one click away and tucks the occasional ones into an Advanced drawer. What you see depends on your role — see the notes below.
The sidebar
Top level (everyone):
- Dashboard — your at-a-glance view.
- Inbox activity — every processed email and what happened to it.
- Leads — sales inquiries to work, from New through to Won or Lost.
- Follow-ups — everything else that needs a person: paperwork, suppliers, renewals.
- Manual review — the queue of emails waiting for a human decision.
- Notifications (admins) — alert settings.
Settings:
- Integrations — mailboxes, your CRM and helpdesk connections (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, HubSpot), and the Senders list (everyone can look; only admins can change connections).
- Rules (admins) — suggested toggles and the plain-language rule builder.
- Team (admins) — invite people and manage access.
- Account — your own profile and password (and billing, for admins).
Advanced (collapsed by default — click to expand):
- Routing thresholds (admins) — how confident InboxAgent must be before acting.
- Test the AI — try a sample email safely.
- Learning (admins) — corrections InboxAgent has recorded, and confirming them.
- Usage (admins) — monthly volume figures.
- Delivery failures (admins) — outbound CRM/helpdesk pushes that failed.
- System logs — the per-email audit trail.
- Failed messages (admins and members) — emails that hit a processing error.
At the bottom of the sidebar, Request a feature goes straight to our team.
The top bar
- Page title — tells you where you are.
- Search — press Ctrl+K (or ⌘K on a Mac) and type to search your processed emails by sender or subject; press Enter to see the results in Inbox activity.
- The bell — connection alerts (a mailbox or integration needs reconnecting) plus your in-app notifications. See The delivery log and the bell.
- Workspace chip — shows your organization; admins get quick links to Team and Settings.
- Your avatar — Account settings, Help & support (this Help Center), Legal & policies, and Sign Out.
Roles at a glance
- Admins see and change everything above.
- Members work the day-to-day: they can resolve reviews, re-classify emails, run Test the AI, and see Failed messages — but settings screens are admin-only.
- Viewers can look at Dashboard, Inbox activity, Manual review, System logs, and Integrations, without changing anything.
